Do I need to create a member account?
You can browse on our website and add items to your basket without creating an account and can place the order with guest checkout. But creating a member account will provide you the following benefits:
- Making Shopping process easier
- Save delivery addresses
- View all previous orders from your account
- Check your order status before it’s shipped
What if I forget my password?
Click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ available at the login/sign-up page. Enter your email address and click on the ‘Reset Password’. A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email to reset your password. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.
How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?
The first log in and click on ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update your particulars in your account and save them for future orders. You can also update your password from there.
How do I order online?
To purchase any product on the ONE Life eStore, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the required size/color and click 'add to cart'. You will get a pop-up that the product is added in your cart. Click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button and provide all your delivery details at the checkout page, don’t forget to provide the valid cell phone and email. After that select your desire payment option from the drop-down list and click the ‘place order’ button.
How do I know that my order is placed or not?
ONE Life eStore uses a highly precise automated email system. After successfully placing the order you will get the confirmation email at your valid email address within time. In which you will get your order summary/invoice with your order number. If you did not receive an email that means your order is not successfully placed.
Why does the item in my cart now say it is unavailable?
Unfortunately, when you add items to your cart, this does not mean they are reserved. The items will be available for anyone to purchase until they have been checked out and purchased. If you receive an error stating you cannot check out due to an item being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your cart to continue the checkout process. Please contact online@beoneshopone.com for support if needed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order at the same time as you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from ‘Shopping Cart’.
But once your order has been confirmed, however, you can't change or cancel it prior to dispatch. In this instance, the order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.
Order Cancellation
ONE reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
How can I pay on your site?
At ONE Life eStore, we have the following payment options:

- Credit/Debit Card*
*Card holder's CNIC copy required for Credit/Debit Card orders, (you can send CNIC copy through e-mail or WhatsApp on our Customer Care Number)
What currency do you use?
All prices have a default display in Pakistani Rupee (PKR), including GST.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Shipping time within Pakistan is 3- 5 working days.
What courier services do you use for shipping?
Shipments within Pakistan are dispatched by Trax, Call Courier, Swyftlogistics.
What if I am not available at the time of order delivery?
Our courier person attempts twice to deliver a parcel at your provided address. Kindly ensure that the valid address, postal code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to ONE Life head office and you will get the email confirmation.
How do I check the delivery status?
After dispatch, you will be provided a tracking number for your order through email. You can check your order status on the TCS website for local orders, copy and paste your tracking numbers and track your order. The link is provided below:

Exchange & Returns
1.Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag.
2.No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products/Clearance Sale.
3.If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
4.All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
5.No cash refund.
6.Exchange for sunglasses, undergarments, belts, hat/caps, shoes & accessories will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons.
7.Read care label inside the garment.
8.Specifically, for online purchases:
a. If the product is damaged, return the product after approval and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 10 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 10 days of purchase.
b. Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
c. Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
d. Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer
- The wrong item was delivered
- Promotional free shipping is being offered
In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
e. An alternative is to exchange the product at any ONE store (After Approval).
f. Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
g. International Order Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.

You have the right to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant information in your data. At any stage you also have the right to ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Errors:
We try our best to provide accurate information on our site. However, there may be times when some information on the site is inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete. We apologize for such errors; but if we receive orders for products for which the listed cost is erroneously lower than the actual price, we will not be able to process such orders as it will not be feasible for us to sell those items below our cost or take a loss on freight charges
