Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
• All purchases are non-refundable either paid or cash on delivery
• Exchange allowed at any ONE retail store within 14 days from the date of delivery with the Order number/original receipt
• Exchange items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges will be processed at the current selling/system price of the product at the time of exchange. (Customer has to pay price difference in-case he/she selects different article of higher price)
• All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
• Products purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for size exchange only, subjected to stock availability. but No size exchange / damage/claim shall be accepted on Clearance Sale items.
• No exchange will be given on fragrances, undergarments, accessories, sunglasses, caps, shoes, or hygiene items.
UNAVAILABLE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (ONLINE ORDERS)
• If an item from a paid order becomes unavailable or is found to be damaged during shipping, ONE reserves the right to cancel that item.
• In such case, customers will be offered either:
a. A replacement article of same value of their choice, or
b. A store voucher of equivalent value for future purchases.
DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEM CLAIMS (ONLINE ONLY)
Claims for damage or missing items will only be entertained if:
• A complete video without tempering, starting from the opening of the parcel with everything clearly visible, is shared within 24 hours either via email or WhatsApp.
If the claim is approved:
• For damaged items:
• The item must be returned.
• A voucher for the same amount (minus shipping costs) will be issued for future purchases.
• For missing items:
• The missing item will be dispatched FOC (Free of Cost) after approval.
Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
• The item was damaged when received by the customer
• The wrong item was delivered
• Promotional free shipping is being offered
• In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT
• Online Store Credit allows you to return your purchase and use the same amount for a later purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION
• ONE reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
